JoAnn has been with Dr. Rizk for 13 years. As the office administrator, JoAnn wears a variety of hats. She welcomes patients, answers the phone, handles insurance issues and billing statements, and makes travel arrangements for the doctor and team. JoAnn is well-suited for the job, having received training from the Las Vegas Institute. JoAnn’s favorite parts of her job are building relationships with the patients and working with the team to encourage everyone in the office to do his or her best. When she’s not keeping the dental office running smoothly, JoAnn enjoys bike riding and travel.
He was excellent and pulled my wisdom tooth in less than 2 min. w/o chipping it. The service was good too.
Great dentist experience! While they do take my insurance, unfortunately, they are not part of my network, however, I liked them so much I will continue to see them.
